As a Field Marketing Manager, you will serve as the "go-to" marketing point-of-contact for your territory, working closely with regional sales to execute marketing plans to achieve territory sales goals and Marketing Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Reporting up to the Senior Director of Americas Field Marketing, you will work in a fast-paced, agile and collaborative marketing environment, managing multiple projects and aligning with global marketing teams, including Trade Show, Digital, Partner Marketing, Product Marketing and Creative teams to ensure all field marketing programs and activities are well executed and metrics-driven.
As a Field Marketing Manager you will:
- Closely align with Canadian sales leaders, sales reps and SE's to understand regional sales goals
- Develop and execute regional Canada field marketing plans to expand Cloudera product footprint in existing customer accounts, and penetrate new logo accounts
- Deploy various marketing tactics such as in-person events, digital campaigns, calling campaigns, webinars, ABM, social, etc. to drive field awareness and generate demand Cloudera solutions
- Work with Partner Marketing Team to drive joint partner marketing activities to penetrate new logo accounts and expand footprint in existing customer account
- Responsible for execution of field marketing programs that span Americas or North America, such as monthly virtual Hands-On-Labs and product-focused webinars, working closely with Product Marketing to identify speakers and create content.
- Collaborate with Industry and Product Marketing Teams to create content for vertical-focused field marketing programs and campaigns
- Measure and analyze program performance against goals and continually optimize programs
- Analyze and evaluate KPIs and deliver actionable insights and recommendations on new tactics to pursue
We're excited about you if you have:
- BS/BA in business, marketing or communications
- 5-7 years in field, channel, demand generation, events or campaign marketing experience working with small-mid size fast growing technology/software companies.
- Organized, able to manage multiple activities in a fastpaced environment, good communicator (in both the written and verbal form) with a desire to improve processes
- Can Do Attitude: Highly motivated, selfstarter who can quickly adapt in a dynamic work environment
- Willing to travel to up to 40%
