Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement reporting processes and systems to track and analyze financial performance metrics, including revenue, expenses, profitability, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare and present regular financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze data, ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial reporting.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement in financial performance, and develop strategies to optimize profitability and efficiency.
  • Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic decisionmaking and business planning.
  • Manage the workforce planning and scheduling process, ensuring optimal staffing levels to meet operational needs and customer demand.
  • Monitor and analyze workforce data, including attendance, productivity, and performance metrics, to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance workforce efficiency.
  • Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to ensure effective onboarding, training, and development of employees.
  • Stay uptodate with industry best practices and emerging trends in financial reporting and workforce management.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of analysts and workforce management specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is preferred.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, and workforce management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial information to diverse audiences.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial systems and reporting tools.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to workforce management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of a Matrix organization.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
