About the Role
We're looking for 1-2 talented and motivated Creative Partners to develop key creative assets for our clients. We're open to partnering with an individual freelancer, or a company who can service these needs.


About the Work
Work will be contracted on a project-by-project basis.

We are open to working with Partners who can provide one or all of the services below:


Creative Development

  • Collaboration with our team to develop creative concepts to meet a strategic brief

Campaign Assets

  • Creation of final campaign assets following approved creative concept or complete campaign guidelines
  • Includes assets for print, digital, social, web and OOH

Web Design

  • Development of mocks for websites and landing pages
  • Final UX/UI design for websites and landing pages
Brandish team is responsible for copywriting.


About You

  • 2+ years of professional work experience, and 23 references.
  • A strong portfolio of successful, realworld design work, showcasing the ability to keep client objectives at the core of what you do.
  • Strong communication skills. You have no problem flagging issues, questions or concerns, and setting expectations with your teammates.
You can interpret, clarify and resolve feedback about your work with little oversight.

  • Strong collaboration skills. You value a group brainstorm session or critique, and you can improve your designs based on either written or verbal feedback.
  • High level of confidence estimating your own work from a perspective of both cost and time.
  • A strong understanding of technical requirements across print, digital, social and web platforms.
  • Availability to actively collaborate with our team, when required. (Our hours of operation are typically Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm Central Time.)

You are proficient with the following platforms:

  • Adobe Creative Cloud apps
  • Google Drive
  • Google Meet or Zoom
  • Slack or MS Teams
  • Webflow (not required, but an asset)
  • ClickUp or Asana (not required, but an asset)
