As the
Workforce Dimensions Analyst, you will lead the configuration and maintenance of the UKG/Kronos Workforce Dimensions (WFD) platform to support business operations, expansion and delivery automation to achieve process efficiency and ensure compliance with pay policies.
- Interacting with Business customers, including HR and Compliance and other upstream and downstream system owners such as SAP and Command, to gather and define system requirements.
- Assist business locations with weekly payroll tasks to guarantee timely and accurate payroll processing
- Manage general support tickets promptly.
- Identify and escalate system issues requiring platform support and/or consulting services.
- Oversee projects implementing new functionality and or system upgrades, including:
- End user communications
- Manage system requirements
- Develop and perform system testing
- Conduct business requirements reviews, documenting technical systems specifications and systems process analysis in detail.
- Recommend business process improvement using industry standard tools and methods with understanding of the technical and business environments
- Develop innovative solutions for changing business situations.
- Develop and maintain an expert level of knowledge in WFD.
- Act as a train the trainer and maintaining training documents with any updates as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Post-Secondary degree in Finance, Business Administration or Human Resources/Payroll and 1+ years of relevant experience within a similar role or a combination of education and experience.
- 1+ years of experience working with 'Time and Attendance' and/or Payroll systems within a unionized environment.
- Experience in data analysis and custom reporting.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Strong team player with a willingness to collaborate and the ability to persuade, influence and motivate.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Experience with Time and Attendance/Payroll system implementation preferred.
- Bilingualism in English and French preferred.
