Mercedes-Benz London has an immediate opening for an experienced Service Advisor for our busy Service DepartmentSkills and qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service skills in order to handle customer complaints and questions effectively
- Critical thinking, organization, time management and problemsolving skills to perform their job successfully
- Ability to interpret technical terms to the customers
- Patience to cope with different customers' personalities
- Decisionmaking skills
Additional Information:
_ Monday to Friday 7.30 am - 5 pm and rotating Saturdays._
_ Benefits after 3 months of full-time continuous employment._
_ Salary-based experience and TBD._
Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination is required.
