Part Time Position Afternoons 2 to 8pm and Weekends day time.**Are you an experienced forklift driver with exceptional leadership skills? Are you seeking an opportunity to showcase your ability to manage a team while operating in a fast-paced environment? Look no further We are currently seeking a Warehouse Team Leader / Forklift Driver to join our dynamic team at DelGate Logistics.

Responsibilities:

Operate a forklift efficiently and safely to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse
Manage and coordinate daily warehouse activities, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to safety protocols
Lead and supervise a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed
Assign tasks and monitor productivity to ensure timely completion of orders and projects
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate efficient workflow and resolve any issues that may arise
Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure accurate documentation of stock levels
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, promoting a culture of cleanliness and safety
Utilize order picking equipment to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
Train and onboard new team members on forklift operation and warehouse procedures

Requirements:

Valid forklift license/certification
Proven experience working in fastpaced warehouse environments
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
Strong time management and organizational skills
Proficient in order picking techniques and equipment operation
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours as needed
Strong problemsolving abilities and the capacity to make decisions under pressure
