  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to learn skills specific to maintaining equipment a machinery at Canduct
  • Complete work orders as assigned in CMMS system.
  • Perform preventative maintenance.
  • Handle basic repairs and maintenance.
  • Oversee contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
  • Diagnose mechanical issues and correct them.
  • A sense of urgency and tenacity
  • Positive verbal and non
- verbal communication

  • Ability to work in a team setting, and work independently with mínimal supervision
  • The ability to perform the physical requirements of the job, which may include bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, standing, walking, repetitive motion, and other job specific requirements
  • Attention to detail
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Great attendance is a critical requirement.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Required Qualifications:


  • 1 years' experience in a manufacturing role
