Aspex Eyewear is currently looking for Agents to join our Customer Service team (Only incoming calls - No telemarketing).

If you're passionate about customer service and are known for your excellent communication and people skills, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

Qualifications

Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and exceed customer expectations
Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services

About You:

Bilingualism in French and English is required
Proficient in Microsoft (MS) Office Suite (Asset)
Proficient in SAP B1 (Asset)
Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
Sense of humor and superb communication skills
Ability to thrive in a team environment
Selfmotivated with a thirst for knowledge
Time management skills and ability to multitask
Call center or help desk experience is an asset
