Duties & Responsibilities

  • Performing a range of administrative duties for different projects, from startup to closeout
  • Assist with Estimating of Projects including quoting projects
  • Help facilitate transition meetings when projects are awarded
  • Coordinate with Project Managers to source material/equipment
  • Ensure all workers have required training to perform their tasks.
  • Responsible for the daytoday administration and management of the site Environmental Health and Safety (EHS).
  • Conduct field safety meetings, toolbox talks, and health and safety informational awareness.
  • Assist in the administration, documentation, and management of the Company's COR program.
  • Cochair the Joint Health and Safety Committee, complete and distribute meeting minutes, and post onsite monthly.

Education/Experience

  • Experience in Health and Safety within the construction industry.
  • Working knowledge of the Ontario Health and Safety Acts and Regulations.
