Green Beauty Curator was founded by Maria Velve, a certified make-up artist and beauty expert on a mission to:
- Connect people with clean and effective products made right here in Canada, and
- Teach people how to use their products in a way that makes them feel fresh and confident.
Job description
The position takes place in-studio in the vibrant Junction neighbourhood which is accessible by three different buses, as well as, a short walk from High Park Station.
- Be available a combination of days
- Have flexibility to cover vacation and sick days
- Be passionate for learning with a strong work ethic
- Possess strong communication skills oral and written
- Be neat and detail oriented
- Have minimum 1 year beauty experience in a customer service role (cosmetics counter, spa, etc)
- Be comfortable with Shopify's back end or other ecommerce site
- Be a fast learner; training specific to the role will be provided
- Provide 2 references
Responsibilities and duties:
- Must be able to handle online orders including packing and shipping them
- Able to conduct product inventory and ordering through our vendors; must be willing to learn if this is not a skill asset
- Must be willing to learn about our green beauty products
- Able to maintain a clean and organized work space
- Able to work independently after probation period is over
- Must be an excellent multitasker to take care of the day to day tasks

$20.00 per hour
