Salary:
$100,000 - $140,000 per year

We are seeking a talented General Manager with a strong background in technology, innovations and finance to join our client's team in Montreal.

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our company, developing and implementing business strategies, and managing a team of professionals.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive growth and profitability of the company
Lead and manage a team of professionals in achieving business objectives
Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's reach
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and regulatory bodies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role in technology innovation and finance
Strong understanding of financial operations and business strategy
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Bilingual in English and French
