The Assistant Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a positive in-store experience, and will work closely with our staff to complete daily to-do lists and ensure all staffing needs are met.
We're looking for an individual who takes initiative and takes pride in their work, enjoys learning new things and has a passion for customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations of a hotel.
- Formulate and evaluate business strategies for increasing revenue and revenue streams.
- Oversee hiring of employees.
- Oversee training and development of employees.
- Oversee employee performance evaluations.
- Handle guest concerns and complaints.
- Be able to manage a crisis situation if one arises.
Job Types:

Pay:
$23.00-$25.00 per hour
