Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Coordinating with vendor resources to ensure that integrations are delivered on time and as agreed
  • Understanding the technical components of planned and delivered integrations
  • Planning and coordinating testing and user acceptance of integrations
  • Establishing and maintaining standards and procedures related to the integration of information systems solutions
  • Ensuring that integrations are adequately documented and recorded
  • Providing support and troubleshooting integration issues and ensuring a high level of user satisfaction
  • Assisting with ongoing maintenance and improvement of integrations
  • Building and maintaining strong internal client and vendor relationships

Qualifications:


  • Postsecondary education in information technology, systems development, or a combination of relevant experience, education and training
  • Experience in the interpretation of business requirements into technical specifications
  • Good understanding of database organization options and available DBMS'
  • Advanced knowledge of relational database concepts and advanced SQL knowledge
  • Good understanding of ERP concepts and prior experience with ERP implementation
  • Experience in the construction industry would be an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent vendor and stakeholder management skills
  • Customer service orientation with a positive and professional attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time, while maintaining attention to detail and organized approach
  • Excellent problemsolving ability, and the ability to assess and manage risk associated with expected deliverables
  • Familiarity with change management best practices
  • Profiency with MS Office tools, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Vision.

Job Types:

Pay:
$80,000.00-$95,000.00 per year

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:


  • ERP implementation: 2 years (required)
  • Microsoft SQL Server: 2 years (required)
  • Information Technology & Systems: 3 years (required)
  • Database organization: 2 years (required)
