Integration Specialist - Burnaby, Canada - NorLand Limited

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with vendor resources to ensure that integrations are delivered on time and as agreed
- Understanding the technical components of planned and delivered integrations
- Planning and coordinating testing and user acceptance of integrations
- Establishing and maintaining standards and procedures related to the integration of information systems solutions
- Ensuring that integrations are adequately documented and recorded
- Providing support and troubleshooting integration issues and ensuring a high level of user satisfaction
- Assisting with ongoing maintenance and improvement of integrations
- Building and maintaining strong internal client and vendor relationships
Qualifications:
- Postsecondary education in information technology, systems development, or a combination of relevant experience, education and training
- Experience in the interpretation of business requirements into technical specifications
- Good understanding of database organization options and available DBMS'
- Advanced knowledge of relational database concepts and advanced SQL knowledge
- Good understanding of ERP concepts and prior experience with ERP implementation
- Experience in the construction industry would be an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent vendor and stakeholder management skills
- Customer service orientation with a positive and professional attitude
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time, while maintaining attention to detail and organized approach
- Excellent problemsolving ability, and the ability to assess and manage risk associated with expected deliverables
- Familiarity with change management best practices
- Profiency with MS Office tools, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Vision.

Pay:
$80,000.00-$95,000.00 per year

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- ERP implementation: 2 years (required)
- Microsoft SQL Server: 2 years (required)
- Information Technology & Systems: 3 years (required)
- Database organization: 2 years (required)
