Job Summary
The Corporate Finance team within Canadian Commercial Banking is part of BMO Financial group and covers both public and large private corporate clients operating in diversified industries.Responsibilities
- Assist the Managing Directors & Team Leads by playing a pivotal role in with the structuring and execution of customized credit strategies aligned with client needs and business objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on credit structuring, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance across diverse industries.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, contributing to portfolio optimization and business planning.
