Duties and responsibilities

The Change Management Consultant supports CGI clients in their organizational transformation.

Versatile, he/she is able to intervene in different types of mandates, such as:


  • Change management capacity building : Within Human Resources Departments or Transformation Offices, the consultant carries out a diagnosis of the organization's level of maturity in change management, from which a roadmap for developing maturity in various aspects will emerge, including indicators for monitoring their evolution.
  • Organizational agility: Integrated into teams of organizational and agile coaches, the consultant proposes a strategy to facilitate understanding of agility and adherence to this mode of delivery. He also highlights how the work carried out by the teams is coherent and aligned with the organization's vision. Finally, he participates in the development of agile reflexes among senior management, managers and staff alike.

As a member of CGI, you will:

  • Contribute to the dissemination of our expertise;
  • Contribute to our knowledge base by injecting your knowledge and learning throughout your mandates.
  • Develop tools and programs to enhance our service delivery;
  • Offer support to other consultants;
  • Pursue your personal development;
  • Diligently monitor the latest trends.
Qualities required to succeed in this role

  • University degree or college diploma in computer science, or equivalent;
  • At least 8 years' experience in organizational development, work organization, communication or change management;
  • Skills in facilitating workshops and presentations to senior executives;
  • Good command of French, orally and in writing ;

Assets:

  • Familiarity with organizational agility concepts;
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interactions with national and global customers).
