Description
This role is to assist day to day sales and operations duties which include pulling customer PO's off on-line portals and organizing them into an internal tracking sheet.
Other responsibilities include material, time and other data entries.Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Pulling PO's off customer online portals and organizing into folders
- Working with other departments within the organization on various data entries
- Monthly inventory variance reconciliation
- Backup time entry
- Working with order processing to lower the number of suspended orders
- Material input for aggregates
- Other duties as may be required occasionally
Position Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience, working to deadlines and ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Methodical, organized work style with great attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly reporting functions in Excel
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the field or related area
- High School diploma or equivalent
