MWS Solutions Inc.is a versatile multi-trade contractor poised for sustained growth through a commitment to safety on the jobsite, quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
We are involved in a variety of industrial, commercial, and institutional projects throughout Ontario.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be working with several MWS Divisions including Mechanical, Electrical, Millwrighting, and Structural Fabrication.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be relied upon to manage the day-to-day activities of the Tool Crib in Waterloo.
You will oversee people and systems that manage all tool and equipment deliveries to the jobsite, deliveries and pick up of material for the fabrication shop.
Other duties will include coordinating inspection, repairs and maintenance of all equipment, training of department personnel, managing equipment rentals and purchasing.
You must be able to communicate to all levels of the company and maintain positive vendor and customer relationships.Prior supervisory experience is a requirement.
Prior experience managing costs and budgets is a requirement.
Prior experience as a skilled trades person is an asset.
Prior experience with industrial tools and equipment rental is preferred.

Salary:
$50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
