Description
We are looking for a live-in property manager to look after 5 total apartment buildings.


Duties include:

  • Leasing suites to new tenants
  • Advertising vacant suites to draw in prospective tenants
  • Coordinating maintenance work to ensure suites are in good condition
  • Cleaning hallways, common areas, and vacant suites
  • Collecting rent from tenants each month
  • Being on call in case of emergencies
Knowledge of the Saskatchewan Landlord and Tenants Act is preferred but not required.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
$35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • On call

Experience:

- property management: 1 year (preferred)
