Responsibilities:


  • Provide strong leadership by effectively managing and mentoring team members, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service and adhere to quality standards.
  • Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve profitability, and meet targets, while maintaining a focus on exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ensure the highest standards of product quality by monitoring coffee brewing techniques, equipment calibration, and ingredient freshness.
  • Create and maintain a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for customers, ensuring a positive and memorable coffee shop experience.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by promoting effective communication, teamwork, and continuous training and development for staff.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, new coffee products, and customer preferences, and incorporate them into the coffee shop's offerings.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in management or a similar leadership role is required, with a strong understanding of operations, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and suppliers.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized coffee shop.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings and weekends.
