Job description

Who we are seeking:
We are looking for a sales oriented and highly organized, tech-savvy person. As the voice of Sculpt, you will represent the energy and integrity our work to our customers.

You will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in project and office administration
You will have at least a year of experience in the aesthetics or fitness industries.
You know how to implement, create and adapt systems and processes for higher efficiency
You have excellent and fluent use of the English language and have a confident and clear voice.
You have capacity to manage projects concurrently, and effective time management skills in a teambased environment
Experience with payroll, AP and AR, invoicing is an asset.

Position Description:

This is a part time, weekday, daytime job, 15-25 hours per week. In time, we are hoping to move this to full-time role.

Use AI technology to engage with potential clients via chat, text, and social media.
Schedule conduct inperson consultations to promote the services.
Develop treatment plans and schedule appointments based on clients identified goals.
Generate sales invoices and take payment on dedicated software.
Follow up to ascertain their satisfaction with the services and promote associated products
