Baton Rouge Grillhouse in Whitby is looking for individuals with Front of House and/or Management experience to be a part of our always growing team. We are a staple within the Whitby community and have serving guests for more than 15 years If you are someone who has prior experience and a desire for growth, this is the job for you

Responsibilities:

Taking and organizing reservations

Managing large group reservations

Managing servers and server sections

Developing relationships with our patrons

Monitoring front of house labour

Development of our host/hostess team


Requirements:

Full and open availability - including nights, weekends, and holidays

1 year of front of house experience

Provide your own transportation

Outgoing, presentable, and personable

Table side and telephone etiquette

Basic experience with excel spreadsheets


Salary:
$44,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
