Avenue C-Store Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:

Demonstrate the day-to-day behaviors and actions that align and strengthen Lake Country Co-operative's vision, mission, values, brand and focus on safety
Provide High Performance pump island service; serve guests, dispense fuel and propane and perform general housekeeping duties
Maintain a neat, clean and orderly location at all times
Have a good working understanding of the pumps, propane and car wash areas and to be able to train team members on these processes
Follow company policies and procedures
Assist with the weekly pump maintenance schedule including environmental checklists
Engage and interact with guests to create a positive shopping experience in person and on the phone

You must be willing to obtain WHMIS and propane dispensing certificate

You have a flexible work schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays
