About the Role


Working under the Manager, Ministry of Health Services, this role is responsible for supporting the Patient Service Locator program with data entry and verification for Acute and Long-Term Care locations throughout the province.


Typical Daily Duties:


  • Validation of submitted data;
  • Investigation and resolution of any data issues;
  • Contacting customers to ensure data accuracy, if necessary;
  • Provide reporting stats on information entered in the system.

  • Certificate in Health Information Management or Health Informatics Management (or equivalent experience);
  • Minimum one (1) year experience in a similar role;
  • Knowledge of information management, information collection systems and processes, data quality practices, etc.;
