- Garden City Psychology is a busy private practice located in the Niagara Region. We are looking for a Psychologist or a Psychologist in Supervised Practice to join our team. The position is flexible and can be full or parttime, virtual or onsite, and we can work around existing commitments._
- Our clients currently include children, adolescents, adults, and families. Supervision for couples therapy and therapy with seniors is not currently offered, but autonomous clinicians able to see these populations would be a welcomed addition._
- Consultation and support related to a range of therapy modalities are offered, including CBT, DBT, ACT, and CPT. Mentoring related to opening a private practice is also offered._
- Required Qualifications:_
- Successful completion of an M.A., Ph.
D. in clinical, counselling or school psychology_
- Registered, or eligible to register, with the CPO_
- Experience providing therapy and conducting assessments_
- Welldeveloped professional writing skills_
- Professional demeanor_
- A strong working knowledge of complex ethical and legal issues_
- Excellent organizational skills_
- Compensation is based on licensing status._
- References and a Vulnerable Sector police screening will be required if the position is offered._
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Salary:
$120.00-$157.00 per hour
