Part-Time Payroll Administrator to join the Team.
Position Status:
Part Time
Shift:
Saturday to Monday
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the accurate, timely and confidential preparation of the facility payroll.
- Oversee and verify biweekly and quarterly incentive payouts.
- Support the year end payroll reconciliation process.
- Complete regular payroll audits.
- Enter schedules into the payroll system, process pay raises, bonuses, etc.
- Answer payroll inquires and resolving discrepancies as required.
- Work with leaders to obtain approvals for discrepancies and adjustments.
- Complete scheduled and adhoc reporting requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school supplemented with postsecondary education;
- Payroll designation/certification would be an asset;
- Experience processing unionized payroll;
- General knowledge and interpretation of BC Labour Standards and Labour Laws;
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written form;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically with Excel;
- Experience working ADP Workforce Now, Kronos or Oracle is preferred.

Part-time hours: 24 per week
Salary:
$22.00-$25.00 per hour
