Are you an experienced real estate administrator looking to make a change?


Harvey Kalles Real Estate is looking for a new admin member to join our team at our Bloor West Village office.

This administrator is expected to be one of the front line contacts for our agents. They will be expected to broker load new listings, prepare feature sheets and offers. Proficiency in Webforms and Broker Bay is an asset.


Requirements:


  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in the real estate industry preferred
  • Must have experience using LoneWolf Back Office and Webforms
  • Excellent customer service and people skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Independent worker and team player
  • Ability to handle a very busy, fastpaced office setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines

Salary:

Salary:
From $42,000.00 per year


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

- real estate admin: 2 years (required)
- real estate administrative: 2 years (required)
