Responsibilities:

Oversee the seamless functionality of desktop PCs, laptops, servers, hardware, and software systems.
Monitor and manage network, ISP, and server performance, addressing any operational concerns promptly.
Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues, ensuring system reliability.
Efficiently manage and prioritize support requests and technical tasks.
Regularly analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimization strategies.
Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timely delivery, and adherence to quality standards.
Engage in mentorship and foster collaborative efforts amongst team members.
Create and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational requirements.
Implement and oversee security protocols to protect systems and data against unauthorized access and cyber threats.
Develop and maintain disaster recovery strategies and backup procedures to minimize downtime and data loss in the event of a system failure.
Maintain an accurate and uptodate inventory of all assets, to support efficient tracking and procurement.
Proactively update stakeholders on task progress and highlight any potential delays.
