Are you looking to grow within a company that is experiencing exponential expansion in Western Canada?

We are seeking a full time candidate who is a self-motivated, enthusiastic team player that is interested in the leasing and management of our current and future property portfolio.

Overview: To independently lease and manage a portfolio of 100 to 200 residential units utilizing extensive property management experience to ensure operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, and compliance while representing Westrich Construction Alberta Ltd. and associated companies.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage leasing for units, including marketing, responding to inquiries, conducting showings, and preparing lease agreements.
  • Screen tenants and maintain accurate records on Google Drive and Yardi.
  • Act as the primary contact for tenant relations, resolving inquiries, disputes, and enforcing lease terms.
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, move-ins/outs, and assign parking/storage for a large portfolio.
  • Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
  • Ensure legal compliance, including managing evictions when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed reports and process payments by deadlines.
  • Propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing 200+ unit portfolios in leasing and property management.
  • Strong knowledge of tenant relations, legal compliance, and property operations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changes.
