We are currently looking for a committed and driven Sales Coordinator to join our team.
What will your typical day look like?
You'll be communicating with our customers, entering orders, solving problems, and ensuring their shipments are out on time. You'll be working collaboratively with different teams throughout the organization from logistics, accounting and engineering.

What you will do:
- Process incoming orders, organize routing/shipping, troubleshoot and followup
- Provide superior customer service to assigned accounts
- Analyze ERP (production database software) data to understand inventory and sell through of key accounts
- Ensure key online customer item listings are accurate
- Take responsibility for incoming queries (external and internal customers)
- Ensure accuracy of key online customer item listings
- Provide timely maintenance of price lists, notes and documents related to the sales process
- Other duties as assigned
What you will need to succeed:
- Strong computer skills, including ERP based data systems and Microsoft 36
- Attention to detail (report writing, data entry, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical & problemsolving skills
- Previous inside sales and/or customer experience, formal training preferred
- Ability to work in a fastpaced team environment
- Able to use digital & social media to address customer reviews and complaints
Job Types:

Salary:
$38,000.00-$60,874.00 per year
