Job summary

We are hiring a part-time Administrative Coordinator to own the administrative execution of WCC's operational and financial systems.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring that work performed in the field is accurately translated into job costing, billing, documentation,
and professional client reporting. The Coordinator maintains operational clarity, billing accuracy,
and cashflow discipline across the company.
