A leading manufacturer in Montreal, Canada is searching for a temp Part-Time HR Payroll Administrator to join their team in a remote position on Mondays and Tuesdays for 16 hours per week.

They are looking for someone with a strong background in payroll who is familiar with Quebec regulations to process payroll for 26 employees biweekly using ADP Workforce Now, amongst other payroll-related tasks.

While this position begins as a temporary, part-time contract, there s potential for this role to transition to a direct hire making this a perfect opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to enjoy the stability of a clear-cut role with the flexibility of remote, part-time work

Pay Range:
$33 - $34 (CAD)/hr DOE
Process payroll biweekly for both hourly and salaried employees using ADP Workforce Now
Ensure payroll submissions are accurate and completed by the deadline each Tuesday
Respond to payroll-related queries from employees with diligence and accuracy
Maintain SOX compliance throughout the payroll process
5+ years of payroll experience
Must be familiar with Quebec payroll regulations
Fluency in Canadian French and English
High level of discretion and professionalism with confidential data
