Program Integration Manager, Advice Centre (12 month contract)


What is the opportunity?
As Program Integration Manager, you will be a key member of the Advice Centre Integration & Transformation team.

You will support managing activities across the team, and interconnectivity across enterprise - enabling the team to prioritize for impact, meet objectives, and partner with key stakeholders across the Advice Centre, Integration Management Office (IMO) and RBC Personal and Commercial Banking.


What will you do?

  • Leverage Business Agility principles to support ongoing planning of intake, prioritization, and delivery of various initiatives across the Advice Centre Integration team
  • Work with AC Integration team to capture key work items, milestones, dependencies and integration plan risks. Collaborate with key AC partners to support Advisor Change Management and/or Communication activities related to assigned/planned strategic initiatives
  • Lead the development of program and initiative tracker, status summary, key outstanding items and executive updates, collaborating with crossfunctional teams and IMO
  • Be the integration point between AC initiatives, IMO and crossfunctional teams
  • Manage priorities & deadlines to ensure effective implementation of initiatives (planned/unplanned/transformational)

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Excellent aptitude for organizing, prioritizing and multitasking to meet conflicting demands.
  • 3+ years' experience in program management
  • Strong oral and written communication, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Proven ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity
  • Demonstrated capability to lead/manage crossfunctional partnerships, and ability to be extremely effective independently
  • Experience with Project Management and/or Business Agility principles (e.g. Scrum, KanBan)
  • Growth mindset with a relentless appetite to learn, be challenged and develop new skills
  • Bachelors' degree
  • Willing to complete a 12 month contract in this role

Nice-to-have

  • Familiarity with MURAL/LeanKit/Jira
  • PMP Certification
