*Please note we are specifically looking for those experienced in delivery OCM & Training in SAP S/4HANA.

Job Summary:
- Responsible for developing OCM strategy for an SAP S4 Hana implementation program for the finance module.
Client facing, working closing with SI leaders to establish best practices for change, conducting high level/first draft of change impact assessment from design workshops, developing a communications approach and plan.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of hands-on experience with SAP OCM & Training
- In-depth knowledge of SAP OCM modules.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
