We have openings for Processing Technicians who will play a pivotal role in our day-to-day operations. This position guarantees hands-on training, learning opportunities, flexible scheduling choices, and collaboration with outstanding professionals from the cannabis industry

As a Cannabis Processing Technician, you will collaborate with a team of cannabis specialists to efficiently process post-harvest material, curate exceptional cannabis products, handle packaging and labeling tasks, and provide support to our cultivation team.

Responsibilities of a Cannabis Processing Technician:

Perform trimming, manufacturing, packaging, and labeling of cannabis products.
Adhere strictly to the Standard Operating Procedures in compliance with all cannabis regulations, legislation, and facility standards.
Ensure the proper maintenance and calibration of production and sanitation equipment.
Safely handle concentrated materials, including cleaning agents and concentrated food product compounds.
Thoroughly clean and sanitize all production equipment, tools, and workstations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all production activities.
Demonstrates strong motivation and excels both autonomously and as part of a team.
Adapts swiftly to fastpaced environments and remains highly flexible.
Exhibits a keen eagerness to learn and excel in the everevolving cannabis industry.
Displays genuine passion for the cannabis world.
Follows written and verbal instructions with precision.
Embraces innovation, fosters creativity, and is highly driven by achieving outstanding results.

Requirements:

Local to the Edmonton area or able to commute, with reliable transportation.
Able to perform physical activities for the duration of a shift (standing, walking, moving equipment, stairs) including repetitive movements (packaging, trimming, production).
Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. (22kg)
Comfortable squatting, bending, and kneeling while using tools and performing cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Able to wear personal protective equipment as needed, including but not limited to sanitary clothing covers, gloves, mask, respirator, and/or eye protection while working.
Fully vaccinated against Covid19 prior to entering the facility.
No experience necessary.
