*THIS IS A SUBCONTRACTOR POSITION*We are currently looking for crews to join our team, we are seeking enthusiastic, team players, who can also work independently. The Sidewalk Shoveler will be responsible for engaging in the shoveling of walkways, vehicle depots, and common access areas in our residential sites.

Duties:

Shoveling sidewalks, walkways, vehicle depots, and common access areas in residential sites
Ensuring that salt, and other iceelimination agents are placed safely and effectively
Demonstrating exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills

Qualifications and Skills:

Available for oncall work throughout the season
Possesses a heavyduty jacket, gloves, pants, etc. to work outside in wet and cold conditions for extended periods of time
Able to reliably commute to work areas throughout the season in a timely manner
Ability to perform heavyduty cleaning tasks from verbal instructions and demonstrations
Ability to maintain a cooperative working relationship with a team
A selfstarter able to work with mínimal supervision

Job Types:

Full-time, Monday to Friday

Salary:
$17.0 - $18.0 per hour

Part-time, Weekend after 5 pm

Salary:
$22.00 per hour
