Specializing in the sale of pre-construction projects, our real estate team is looking for a Marketing Associate who will report to the Marketing Manager and contribute to the lead generation process from start to finish.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reports to the Marketing Manager
• Have a strong understanding of SEO in order to monitor and maximize website traffic
• Managing social media components of _Impact Condo Investments_ and facilitate the following platforms including but is not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Linked-In, and YouTube
• Identify gaps in existing marketing protocols and develop pragmatic solutions within budgetary constraints
• Present marketing initiatives, project metrics, and provide insight on marketing statistics
• Extensive knowledge for website development and social media development strategies
• Compile materials and resources, and provide training to future marketing assistants
• Be competent with Windows Office Suite, Gmail, Google Suite, Google Ads, Stratus MLS, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, TRREB, Zoom, and Canva.
• Take part and host team meetings and appointments when invited
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations to internal team, that are consistent with company guidelines and operating plans
• Understand company goals and upcoming projects to meet performance criterias
• Plan and execute marketing for all existing and future projects
• Set and meet targets for budget, lead generation and online presence
• Ongoing knowledge development of new marketing platforms, social media features and online tools
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to manager and contribute to sales growth
• Assist in other adhoc projects, as necessary

REQUIRED:

• Must have their own personal vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Postsecondary degree in either marketing, design or business.

Salary:
$45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
