  • As the Business Strategist, you will be responsible for collaborating with teams to research and gather information on business processes, gaps and opportunities, industry trends and innovations to provide strategic guidance, consulting, advice, as well as analytical and technical expertise in support of Mobility frontline services. In this role, you will also lead the development, implementation and use of performance measures, dashboards and benchmarking for the Mobility Management Team and Mobility divisions, to increase efficiency, accountability, and transparency in service delivery.

Primary duties include:

  • Design, develop, implement, and manage performance management tools.
  • Design, lead, coordinate and report on databased approaches, initiatives and programs targeted at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of Mobility processes and services.
  • Provide strategic, analytical, and technical expertise, benchmarking, and business unitfocused strategic and operational planning.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Business, Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience including business planning, project management/development, performance measurement, developing business strategies and budgets to achieve organization objectives in large organizations with diverse businesses.
  • Knowledge of dashboard development, reporting tools, performance measurement, and performance improvement methodologies is required.
  • Experience with successfully implementing process and service improvement initiatives will be given preference.
  • Experience in qualitative and quantitative research and analysis, business process assessment, technical solution development, and change management would be considered an asset.
  • Strong analytical, creative thinking, problem solving, and strategic thinking skills as well as the ability to prioritize, build consensus among internal/external partners and influence without authority are essential for success in this role.

work week, with 1 day off in each 3 week cycle.
