    Description
    Responsibilities

    Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including setting objectives, timelines, and milestones.
    Assist in participant recruitment and enrollment including candidate screening and application completion.
    Coordinate project activities and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
    Assist with project progress monitoring and identify potential risks or obstacles.
    Support project evaluation and reporting processes.
    Communicate regularly with project team members and stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
    Assist in the preparation of project documentation, such as reports, presentations, and proposals.
    Qualifications
    Two-year diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in administration is a plus.

    Proven experience as a project officer or in a similar role, with proficiency in office management software (e.g., MS Office Suite).

    Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
    Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and document preparation.
    Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
    Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information and confidential documents.
    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
    Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities as needed.

    Contract position until March 31, 2025- with possibility of renewal.
