About me:
I'm building a personal brand business with the goal of helping every single man on their self improvement journey. I want someone who can work with me to create the cleanest, most eye-catching thumbnails on the market
Here's my YouTube channel currently - as you can see I need a lot of help in the thumbnail department, and that's where you come in
About the Job:
I need someone to work closely with me on YouTube thumbnail ideation and creation. I'd like the thumbnails to be really classy, clean, and drive people to click on my video.
I need someone who can search for and understand trends to make my videos the most clickable possible.
I want someone who will not only design the thumbnail but also provide ideas for the thumbnails based on the video topic.
I've had designers before who were great with designs but not great at coming up with what the thumbnail should be in the first place (in other words, I provided the idea, and they executed the idea), but I need someone who can really help on the idea side as well as it's not my strong suit.
In other words tell me for example:
"hey man, I need you to take this exact picture with this facial expression and then show me some examples of what you mean. Then I'll take that and add these graphics to it for an attention grabbing thumbnail."
