Description

This role is a key resource for our business to manage current and developing client relationships while managing the day to day promotions of our product and services.

To improve our sales operational excellence while fostering superior service to our Clients and Customers.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


These tasks are strictly an outline of essential duties & responsibilities; any other duties may also be assigned when required.

  • Manage existing client relationships.
  • Develop new client relationship base, new strategies, promotions, and future projections.
  • Maintain current rentals in place while continuing to network for opportunity to promote across brand.
  • Monitor customer demographics and overall activity through sales analysis.
  • Determine trends, rate recommendations, operational opportunities, and the overall activity.
  • Present and action on opportunities with assigned Client (s)
  • Management of customer interactions and all contractual deliverables to successful completion.
  • Complete follow ups and customer satisfaction reports.
  • Market the Company's services to potential clients and customers.
  • Responsible for representing and promoting the company in the community, and through other networking and social media platforms.

  • Superior organizational and time management skills with an ability to balance multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proven ability to plan and organize workloads by establishing priorities and respecting deadlines, as well as the flexibility to accommodate unexpected situations.
  • Possess strong decisionmaking skills with the ability to analyze a situation or issue, determine options and select the most effective solution in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with internal and external parties.
  • Ability to promote product through different social media platforms.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATES / QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Experience in Oil & Gass Industry or Civil Construction an Asset
  • Field experience and/or working knowledge of heavy Equipment an Asset
  • Diploma in Marketing an asset
  • Strong sales & product promotions background
  • Working knowledge in the execution of networking & social media platforms
  • Possess a class 5 driver's license with a good driving abstract

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORKING CONDITIONS:


  • Travel when required
  • Required to visit Construction environments.
  • Ability to walk distances when necessary.
  • Work overtime when required.
