  • Position Summary
  • Coordinates the implementation of a defined services within the organizational procedures and standards. Responsible for meeting objectives within quality, time, and budget targets and for managing associated risks. Supports warehouse, inventory, materials handling and shipping/receiving functions.

  • Core Responsibilities and Tasks
  • Coordination of internal and external resources for service order opening, execution and closure
  • Function as external customer contact on assigned projects
  • Assisting service manager scheduling (technicians & customers) and providing status updates
  • Management of external lab results
  • Warehouse and inventory control including
  • Shipping / Receiving stock
  • Prepare shipping documents
  • Staging orders for technicians
  • Inventory control
  • Conduct weekly cycle counts
  • Coordination des ressources internes et externes pour l'ouverture, l'exécution et la clôture des ordres de service

  • Position Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with SAP Business Operating System (or similar) is preferred
  • Fluent in English and French, verbal and written
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
