Role & Responsibilities - How You'll Make an Impact:

Supervise, coordinate and evaluate maintenance employees;
Supervise the training of new personnel;
Plan maintenance and improvement work on equipment, tools, jigs and the plant in general;
Keep up to date the maintenance system, its tree structure, equipment data sheets, periodic maintenance sheets, list of active suppliers;

Qualities & Skills - What Sets You Apart:

Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent relevant experience,
Experience in maintenance management,
Demonstrate appropriate leadership focused on teamwork while developing employee skills and motivation,
Knowledge of maintenance management software (CMMS, etc.).
