- Supervise cleaning staff in daily interior cleaning of building ,
- Dust furniture clean windows walls floors carpets etc according established procedures , Issue supplies equipment conduct inventory materials ensure adequate amount present Conduct screen hire train new employees make recommendations management promotions transfers dismissals Supervise assist performance scheduling exterior building premises cleaning snow removal maintenance including walls windows parking lots structures walkways paths gardens lawns pools spas curbs gutters hallways stairwells Assign staff minor maintenance repair work painting replacement light bulbs fixtures interior exterior moving furniture equipment repairing doors gates landscaping upkeep repairs plumbing fixture repairs replacements Promptly respond notify management spills emergency situations need major minor building facility repairs lights out broken equipment fixtures damaged structures ruptured pipes plumbing problems heating cooling ventilation observable safety issues concerns Ensure proper safe operation training cleaning equipment snow removal tools devices chemical agents mops vacuums electric polishing machines power tools special solutions efficiently perform duties avoid harming floors fixtures individuals building staff environment Organize maintain Safety Data Sheets SDSs for products solvents materials ensure trained understand Hazard Communication Program utilize appropriate Safety Gear dispose chemicals environmentally friendly way accordance SDS governing bodies
