- As a member of the School of Tourism Management and School of Outdoor Recreation Management team, you will be instrumental in supporting students through their programs from the admissions process, to registration, and then finally graduation. In this role, you will also help support our growth objectives in areas, such as student recruitment and marketing, by communicating openly with the team, showing initiative and proposing improvements, and contributing ideas. You will be leading communication and engagement with prospective and current students through various channels (e.g. information sessions, social media posts, student events and communication with students). We are looking for someone to help us continue to build exceptional experiences for our employee and student community. You will work with a team of talented faculty and professionals, an engaged community and an impactful executive team.

What you'll doWhat you'll bring* - Completion of one year (approximately 30 credits) of postsecondary education in tourism or business administration fields.
- Two years of directly related administrative support experience, including experience in an educational setting or related environment with significant student contact; including working with international students. Experience must include marketing and communications, especially in online forms

- Our standard work week is 35 hours per week.
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 am 4:00 pm. This position can include some evening and some weekend work.
