In your role, you will:

Establish and control the achievement of production objectives by planning, organizing, motivating and coordinating the activities of a group assigned to the manufacture of aircraft interior components for the Dorval plant;
Manage the budgets of his group, ensure the quality of the product as well as the productivity of his employees (25 to 30 employees);
Identify, document and standardize the key processes leading to the achievement of objectives and share best practices within the organization;
Ensure continuous improvement, in particular through the use of the problemsolving process;
Exercise your leadership while respecting the vision and values of Bombardier;
Coach your team to develop talent within the organization.

Qualifications

You have very strong management skills and ideally have experience in aeronautics;
You have a college education or equivalent experience;
You have the values and a vision that align with the company's philosophy;
You have knowledge of French and English;
You also have the ability to work under tight deadlines.
You have 3 to 5 years experience
