Summary:

Who we are looking for:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with an existing customer base across Saskatchewan
Provide technical support to customers on the use of cement and concrete products
Work with our inside sales reps and transportation partners to ensure proper, timely delivery of cement and fly ash products to our customers
Represent the company within the business community at industry events, trade associations, and other business development opportunities
Participate in the development of marketing plans, sales targets, and product strategies for lowcarbon options and digital customer tools.
Create and deliver effective presentations to industry stakeholders, including government officials, consulting engineers and contractors
Support other Heidelberg Materials' business lines in the promotion of their products (Concrete, Aggregates and Pipe)

Essential Skills

Postsecondary education in either Engineering or Business
Experience with readymix concrete or related construction materials is an asset
Sales experience dealing with customers at all levels of an organization, from field operational staff to senior executives and ownership.
Ability to travel within Saskatchewan to various customer locations
Strong track record of effective problem resolution and high customer satisfaction results
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and networking skills
Experience dealing with government specifying agencies and/or design consultants
Proficient with Microsoft Office software, previous SAP experience would be an asset
