Customer Insights Analyst - Vancouver, Canada - COBS Bread
Description
We are looking for a data savvy, passionate, and drivenCustomer Insights Analyst to join our COBS Bread team.
Reporting to the E-Commerce Manager, your main responsibilities will be to provide data, analytics and actionable insights across loyalty, e-Commerce and digital channels to support informed decision-making for the Marketing team and relevant stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
Loyalty Analytics
- Create forecasts models and define targets to support overall business objectives utilizing company and market data.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify key customer insights and share with relevant stakeholders to support informed decisionmaking across Marketing and broader business.
- Monitor and analyze approach to segmentation to maximize program results and customer experience.
- Provide insights around customer behavior, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop forecasting of offers to support Loyalty team in defining KPIs, target groups and the best approach.
- Assess impact, understanding drivers and growth opportunities using data.
- Gather data insights on Loyalty Campaigns to develop forecasts and provide advice.
- Create Post Campaign Analysis reporting to measure campaign success.
- Analyze the customer lifecycle and identify areas for improvements.
- Identify key measurable metrics (upsell, churn, etc.) for loyalty programs encompassing a growth mentality with the ability to test and scale rapidly.
E-Commerce & Digital Channel Analytics
- Create forecasts and assist with determining ecommerce and channel performance and KPIs.
- Identify key areas for improvements, such as audience, acquisition, behaviour, and conversions.
- Monitor and analyse ecommerce metrics and figures overlaying with digital activity.
- Synthesize ecommerce, channel and content data into actionable insights.
- Provide insights of broad ecommerce/media strategies to assist our business development goals.
- Develop and communicate channel opportunities relative to customer demand.
Business Continuity & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Develop and update documentation on all reporting and data related tasks to ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with Bakers Delight Marketing (Australia) to ensure alignment and sharing of learnings across the businesses.
- Monitor and report on key metrics identified as 'Key Measures of Success' across relevant channels, loyalty program and campaign performance.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to deliver centralisation of data and single customer view.
- Develop visualisation of data to suit different stakeholder groups.
- Continuous improvement and maintenance of existing reports and dashboards, while assessing opportunities to deliver automation within our systems to drive efficiencies.
- Define and develop reporting frameworks suitable for specific stakeholder groups.
- Undertaking other additional duties, tasks and project work as reasonably directed.
Requirements:
What You Bring to the Table
- 3+ years' experience in a commercially focused analyst (or similar) role.
- Experience with Franchisebased business model desirable.
- Experience in retail preferable.
- Power BI experience
- Degree qualified in Business, Marketing, Finance or other related discipline.
- SQL desirable/advantageous.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Presentation skills, being able to explain data clearly and simply.
- Data visualisation skills.
- Forecasting
- Competently able to use SAP Business Objects.
