Who You'll Work With
As part of our growing team of rehabilitation, disability management, and administrative healthcare professionals, the Reports Coordinator will be reporting directly to the Reports Coordination Team Lead.
What You'll Be Doing
- Fostering a strong client relationship by providing excellent customer service
- Assisting in the service development and service expansion as it relates to Disability Management
- Providing clients with quality service delivery
- Assisting with initial set up and implementing process for new clients
- Preparing and distributing Kits/Forms as required
- Organizing all outgoing letters and documentation to clinics, clients, claimants
- Generating and maintaining accurate Database information
- Invoicing and accurate tracking of invoices and billing reports
- Reviewing all incoming documentation for accuracy
- Providing administrative support to the Disability Management team
What You Need to Be Successful
- 1 year of medical office administration or related experience
- High school diploma required
What You Need to Stand Out
- College Diploma or certification in medical office administration or related field is considered an assset
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and respond to multiple changing demands and deadlines with demonstrated ability to work under pressure of competing demands.
