About Us:

We are a professional diagnostic health facility located in Richmond Hill, Ontario. Our team of experienced physicians and healthcare professionals provide exceptional cardiology, x-ray, ultrasound and bone density services.


About the Position:

Medical experience is preferred, but not required. The starting wage is $15.50, negotiable depending on previous medical office experience. We are looking to hire immediately.


Responsibilities:


  • Update electronic records, file patient files and perform other routine clerical tasks
  • Answer and maintain website inquiries for scheduling appointments
  • Maintain patient records, third party billing and records as assigned
  • Ability to problem solve concerns and ensure patient satisfaction
  • Maintain cleaning procedures and standards
  • Maintain efficient patient flow

Preferred Skills:


  • Previous experience in a medical office or related field

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From $16.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
