We're looking for an
Industrial Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team This is a combination of work from home, work office and travel.
About us
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:
Under the direction of the Regional Manager, will primarily be responsible for managing retention and growth of assigned accounts utilizing company initiatives, programs, and resources.
This position will build and maintain ongoing awareness of new products and services. This role will also develop and build relationships with new accounts to secure profitable business opportunities.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Focus on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.
- Participate with sales management in developing strategies to penetrate assigned accounts, initiating new business, and growing existing business through team selling efforts.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers to increase account and sales performance.
- Develop valuebased relationships with a portfolio of target clients and or contractors to grow sales.
- Strategic planning and implementation to improve clients' bottom line using consultative selling techniques.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Develop, service, and grow relationships with strategic channel partners.
- High level of conflict resolution and negotiation to maintain multistakeholder engagement.
- Gather, analyze, and provide market intelligence to upper management to develop valueadded solutions.
- Serve as a communication hub between key stakeholders and ensure seamless customer service.
- Maintain key information in the CRM system.
- Other tasks assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
-
5 years of relevant industrial experience in account management and business development:
Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or equivalent- or relevant industry certificates:
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
-
Basic understanding of part maintenance, asset reliability, and surface protection
-
Knowledge of OEM Material Specification
-
Entrepreneurial, creative, analytic, assertive articulate, competitive
-
Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories
-
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
-
Strong negotiation skills, with the ability follow through on client contracts
-
Solid experience with CRM software
-
50% travel within assigned territory
